Refund Requests:

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only available if the Court does not accept your Certificate of Completion.
  • If you have accessed or completed any portion of the course, refunds may not be granted.

Processing Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certificates of completion and any printed materials are non-refundable once issued.
