1. Where do I go to sign up and take the Parent Education Course Course?

The Parent Education Course is designed to be taken completely online. You do not need to make an appointment, visit an office, or make a phone call. You can click here to register and begin your course immediately.

2. Are there any quizzes or tests?

There is a quiz at the end of each section. You must enter codes displayed on the screen during your class in order to pass the quiz. The quizzes are used to make sure you actually watched the section. There are no knowledge based questions.

3. How long is the Parent Education Class?

You are required to spend a minimum of 4 to 16 hours watching or reviewing the Parent Education Class material depending on which option you select. You do not have to watch the entire class all at once. After enrollment, you have access to your class and can start and stop the parenting class at any time.

4. When will I receive my Certificate of Completion?

Your Certificate is instantly available for download and printing or forwarding to your attorney the moment you complete the Parenting Class. Your downloaded Certificate of Completion is always provided at no additional charge.

5. What is on my Certificate of Completion?

Our certificate of completion includes a signature from the Parent Education Class Instructor. It will also include your name, course title and date of completion.

The certificate does not indicate that the program was completed online.

6. Does my Certificate of Completion expire?

Your certificate for this Parent Education Class does not have an expiration date. Please turn it in to the court or your attorney class as soon as you can.

7. Is your Parent Education Course guaranteed to be accepted?

Yes. Most parents take this Parenting Class to fulfill a court requirement. We are very confident in the quality and acceptance of our program. If for any reason your Certificate of Completion is not accepted by the Court we will refund your money in full. Please email us with written proof of decline.

8. If I am declared indigent by the Court, will I be charged for the Class?

No. Please email your proof of indigency (normally called an in forma pauperis) and we will set up your account and provide the course free of charge. You can also contact us by clicking here.

9. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. This includes credit cards, debit cards, and pre-paid cards displaying these logos. You may also submit payment via Apple Pay or Google Pay.

10. Can I start and stop the Parent Education Course at any time?

Yes. You are able to pause your Parenting Course at any time and pick up from where you left off at a later time.

11. Is the information I submit through this website secure?

Yes. We are committed to protecting your privacy and online confidentiality. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.

12. Is the Parent Education Class available in any other language?

Yes. The Parent Education Class is recorded in English, but we provide closed captioning in over 30 languages. If you would like closed captions in a language you do not see on the video, please contact us and we can normally add it within 2 days. Our most popular closed caption languages are: Spanish, French, Dutch, German and Hindi.

13. We were never married, but the court said that we have to take a parenting class. Is this the right class?

Yes. Even though you were never married some courts require both parents to take a parenting class that deals with the consequences of the breakup on parents and children. Our Class applies to all couples, married or not. We offer a 100% refund if our Class is not accepted by the court. 

14. I am going through a divorce and am required to take a parenting class before my divorce can be finalized. Is this the right class?

Yes. Our online Parent Education Class addresses the impact of divorce parents and children. Additionally, a parenting class may also be required if you are modifying visitation orders (parenting plan), child support orders, or if you are seeking custody. We offer a 100% refund if our Class is not accepted by the court.
